Some directors are visionaries; others just need corrective lenses. Somewhere in between lies Jake Barrymore (Seth Meyers). After graduating at the top of his class from Three-Day Film School, Jake cons his way into the Montreal Film Festival with a film that doesn’t exist – yet! But with the help of his loyal producer Larry (John Cho), his burn-out film school “mentor” Martin (Jim Piddock), and unwitting ex-girlfriend Annie (Jessalyn Gilsig) Jake might just pull it off.
